Rain #1
My beautiful rain is back! The clouds and rain make me feel so good. It's like a warm blanket wrapped around me. Ahhhh. It makes me feel so refreshed, and clean. Sounds like a damn TV commercial. So it goes.
After all of these years I'm still trying to learn how to handle pressure in life. I've always eaten to much food to make me feel better. It's funny how emotional pain is soothed by physical pleasure. I guess not really. We physically feel emotional pain, and that is why we need to relieve it. It seems that the anit-depressant drugs try to aleviate the emotional pain through inhibiting physical response to emotions.
I wonder about the relationship between emotions and the physical reaction. I need to find how that works.
