Pix of The Pain
It took me a little while to get the pictures ready to put on the web. I took the pixtures with a Canon PowerShot A530 digital camera. 5MP images are freakin' big. I don't have Adobe Photoshop because, while it's a great app, it is VERY expensive for what I want to do.
So I used Gimp. Open Source free image tool. Some thing are different than Photoshop, but for taking a big image and making it smaller for the web it is perfect!
So the first image is the front of the engine with the camshaft removed and of course timing chain and gears. The following images should be self explainatory.
